My wife is out for the evening with our 5 year old, so it's just me and our 3 year old. I'm grateful for the joy she has for a few drops of food colouring in the bathtub

I'm grateful for my friends on mfp, especially the runners. I've started c25k and I'm trusting it, partly because I have real life examples in my feed every day.

    - I ran for 5 minutes this morning, without stopping. I'm not sure I have ever done that before.

    - I've beat the plateau. I've lost all the 7lbs I put back on, and it looks like I might get below 240 for this Sunday's weigh in. I weighed myself today, was 237.8, but I'm generally a pound or two heavier on the weekends.

So it's a good day. Happy Friday everyone.

@pdo27789 Good for you!!! I cannot tell you the last time I ran for 5 minutes. I cannot remember the last time I was able to run, period! Bad knees and bad ankles limit me a lot. You put a smile on my face with this one. Hope you had a great weekend!

Today I am grateful that I seem to have some discipline this time around. I'm also grateful for all the new MFP friends I've been meeting. It makes me want to try harder, having so much support.

I'm also grateful for beautiful blue skies today, even though it's cold, and the fact the snow melted!

    Have a great Tuesday everyone!

Today, I am grateful that I have a job which allows me to work from home occasionally.

I am also grateful that it is still in the 40's with no snow in Wisconsin and it is the last day of November! Almost unheard of.

Thankful for my health coach at Medi Weightoss Clinic for giving me a boot in the butt when I needed one.

I'm grateful that all my children are home safe for the weekend. I'm also grateful that they chose to sleep in the livingroom, so when I got up at 0430 hours to work out they were able to enjoy it as much as I did. Haha

I'm grateful for one of my honest MFP sharing about her recent struggles. In relating with her, she has unknowingly helped me to recommit to my food diary today and hopefully end a stress-feast I've been on for the past few weeks. Wishing myself love and luck!

I am grateful for an MFP friend who reached out to me to thank me for encouraging her, which then turned into her helping motivate me to get into an exercise routine. We've since been emailing each other daily for over a week now and she has truly given me a renewed sense of motivation. Also grateful for treadmills during the winter months in Wisconsin! :D

Today I am grateful for being here to see another year! 2017 - new year, new start. Thankful I finally dropped the 5 lbs I gained by being really bad during the holidays (shoving cookies in my face as fast as I can!). Grateful for the opportunity to set new goals for a new year. Happy New Year everyone! B)

This is my goal this year. De-stress and distance myself from drama. Good for you!

Today I am grateful for a quiet start to my morning, watching the sunrise with the fireplace going and the Christmas tree lights on... Beautiful, peaceful way to start the day.

Ladies! Have you been finding the good in every day or have you been struggling? I'm grateful today for the time I spent with my other half and selected family members x

@Shellsbells1985 I sure try to, but have been struggling lately. Winter blues I think! Thanks for the reminder.

Today, I am grateful for spending the day with my husband and the way he makes me laugh every day. <3

Today I'm struggling to be grateful and am feeling a bit flat but I now know I have the strength of character to get through it. Grateful for that realisation.

Today I am grateful for a car that runs, a roof over my head, warmth against the cold winter, warm clothing and a full belly. I am grateful for my health. There are many people who would trade places with me in a heartbeat. I need to remember this. These things are blessings.
