    60 minutes of Insanity yesterday and 60 today for a total of 395/1440.

    Since I got so far behind on my vacation, I squeezed in another 45 minutes of Insanity for a total of 440/1440.

    OK all, I have a question. What is 30DS?

    It's Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout. It consists of three 6 min long circuits where you do 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio, and 1 min of abs, using different moves in every circuit. There are also 3 levels, so you start on the first level and then move up a level every 10 days (or whenever you feel comfortable). The workout is short, about 20-25 mins and you do it everyday for 30 days, pretty intense, but effective!

    Haven't been able to exercise much the last few days...fighting off this migraine, but hoping to feel better soon so I can get back on it!

    July 1 - 50 mins spinning + 25 mins 30DS, 75/1440 completed
    July 2 - 25 mins 30DS, 100/1440 completed
    July 3 - 70 mins walking + 50 mins 30DS L1 and L3 + 30 mins Ripped in 30, 250/1440 completed
    July 4 - NOTHING except stuffing my face :(
    July 5 - 61 mins C210k + 25 mins 30DS + 30 mins Ripped in 30, 366/1440 completed
    July 6 - nothing but sitting on my booty all day :(
    July 7 - 80 mins C210K + 30 mins Ripped in 30 + 30 mins walking my doggie :), 506/1440 completed

    I did do the 30DSL2 last night, but that's all I did. Added minutes in my signature! Less than half done...so close to half!

    Insanity for 60 minutes (Max Plyo Interval..ughhhhh). Total of 635/1440!
  • i was out of town for a week so no gym, but i did my 30DS every day i was gone! including the two 9 hour drive days, getting up at 6am to get the video done and pack the kids in the car!
    i'm up to 768, a little over half done!
