I was a big slug this weekend. i was out of town for a week so no gym, but i did my 30DS every day i was gone! including the two 9 hour drive days, getting up at 6am to get the video done and pack the kids in the car!
i'm up to 768, a little over half done!

Checking in. I've been updating it on my signature all the time, though.
I'm at 1062/1440 minutes (73.7% of 24hrs) of exercise in July so far.
This means that in ten days I have to work out 378 minutes, or 6 hours and 18 minutes. This comes down to approximately 38 minutes of exercise everyday. I get 27 minutes off of 30DS (although I'll be done one day before August, I think) so that's 11 minutes I have to fill. I don't know if I'll be able to (I'm normally too tired after 30DS, especially now that I started level 3) but I'll try my best!0 -
