Awww congratulations Auntie! Imagine how many babies you can put up with those arms, haha ;)

Haha if my sister has her way there will be enough to fill her arms and mine twice over. She wants a giant family :)

Totally justifiable! Ice cream is the best!

Yep! I've had B&J's for dinner more than once.

This weekend I kicked some major butt and hit over my 1rm for deadlifts (215lbs) and could of easily done two at that weight. Needless to say this whole coach thing is FANTASTIC.

Oh in minor details: My Monday is freaking fabulous because I have a NEPHEW! My little sister gave birth this morning and he is the most beautiful little guy I have ever seen <3

Awesome! Congrats! Spoil him and send him home. >:)

Well that went bad fast lol. I need to stop attempting to branch out and just accept that the only sweet thing in life I have any ability to moderate is Buff Bake (BB is magical). With any luck all this ridiculous extra caloric fuel might be able to help me attempt a full marathon training run tonight though. Siiiiiiigh

Not gonna lie, I totally deleted my beautifully logged tuna and avocado kale salad lunch and trimmed down my dinner in favour of making room for 1,700 calories worth of a homemade (and keto compliant) chocolate chip cookie dough protein ice cream. I'm scheduled to run 15 tonight so that's justifiable right? Lollllll

    totally

I don't think it's gross, I was just teasing. There are so many chemicals in public pools, pee doesn't stand a chance. I would love to start swimming, but I HATE being seen in a bathing suit, I hate being cold and wet, and I'm not a fan of public changing rooms.

Why on earth would you hate being seen in a bathing suit Mo? I bet you look fab! I can understand the cold and wet business. My local pool only has cubicle changing. I think there is a little men's and women's section towards the back if communal changing is your thing, but I love the cubicles. Way more privacy and mixed groups don't have to wonder where each other got to.

I do normally, if it involves being around the 'beautiful people' like the beach or something, but when I go swimming it's full of OAP's and people my size so I don't have an issue with it. I don't even bother shaving my legs half the time, I'm not exactly going to be still long enough for someone to see them anyway.

There is nothing wrong with a giant family. I have one and it's usually a barrel of laughs.

Confession: I don't remember the last time I shaved my legs. Maybe when I went to turkey in November?

Consider it your winter layer. I do

It could be ankle mobility issues, hence the plate idea. Although it sounds like it could be something to do with your arches, I have horrid arches and have to be on the look out for them collapsing when I squat or dead.

I bet that's what it is. How do I find out if it's the ankle thing?

Kind of trial by fire to be honest, try the plates and then go from there. https://breakingmuscle.com/learn/6-mobility-exercises-for-an-a-to-grass-squat number 5 is what I do when warming up my ankles prior to squats.

If I remember I'll send you a video of my squat/movement when I'm not paying attention to my arches.

In the first picture, I thought you had it sitting on the top of your toilet tank. :s:D

    How was it?

    :D

thanks for almost having snot fly out of my nose from laughing. I had to go back & look at the picture.

I've switched to oatmeal for breakfast (again, to get those freaking carbs up). Tuesday I tried it mixed with chocolate protein powder and 1.75 tablespoons of peanut butter - not bad. Yesterday was cinnamon bun protein powder and almond butter - not good.

Last night at the gym they were clearancing out their single pack Quest protein powders, so I bought them all for $20. Which included 4 packs of the banana. I hate banana flavored things. I like bananas, but banana flavored? :s

So, I thought I'd eat those first and get rid of them. Banana Quest protein powder and peanut butter in oatmeal? Freaking delicious. Who knew?

Sounds good! I bought a few flavors at GNC with a $10.00 off coupon for my birthday. I'm going to try the Salted Caramel powder tomorrow.

I convinced my husband to take a "social" dance class with me tonight. HA! He might be more excited than me.

I've tried several times to get mine to do that, and he ADAMANTLY refuses. :'(

Awwwwwwwww that's sweet! I would love to do a class like that eventually :)

So we've been looking at condo's on and off just to see what's in the market, we may have to wait a year due to the way the BC program is set up which means more time to save etc.
