Note a serving size is HALF an English muffin.

Need a dislike button for this stuff.

Chobani now has lighter version of Flips (also found at Target). Tried this one. Just OK. I'd much rather budget the cals for the regular Flips.

The two I tried were very watery and just not worth it at all.

I've never tried Tastykake and should probably not start going down that road, lol.

I agree Chobani is usually very watery.

The only yogurt I've tried that I really loved from Chobani was their multi serving plain yogurt that's 130 calories a serving (had around five servings).

TL;DR: Drink a large glass of water with your noodles.

So most of the Japan should have died or ceased to exist long long time ago right???

Jesus. Did I say that??? Man, you people. I just thought she should know about the possibility of digestive issues. Lots of people here do complain when "weight loss" type foods cause such issues. I had never heard of the stuff, and before I eat it, I guarantee I'm going to find out what it is and if there are possible side effects.
    Good grief.

I love that stuff, I always get it from Target even the gluten free version is really addicting! You can add some water and throw it in a mug and microwave it for about a minute for a mug cake, as well ;)

I just got an email IHOP released some pretty spectacular new items!
I would be running to try them if it weren't for the calories.
930 calories for an order of the Sticky Bun Waffles, 1120 for the Red Velvet French Toast, or 1700 for the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast.
    I could cry.

Tried this today & it's just as good as the cups!

I'll have to try the cocoa almond butter variety once I get through this box.

    chicken-noodles-27148.png

I had chicken breast thawing in the fridge, but today was just a hangry kind of day & I wanted something quicker than waiting for the oven to preheat & then putting in the oven for 35 minutes.

This meal while not overly filling is decent for the amount of calories it is (270), my only complaint was how big the carrots were since I'm not a huge fan to begin with.

I will have to try that one, as I LOVE cooked carrots.

    I had the chicken marinarat1ttllui2phc.jpg
for lunch, and it was delicious!

Tried the caramel Yoplait custard. For the calories I would choose it over the Chobani flips in a heart beat but it's not something I want to get again as after a while it began to remind me of a weird pudding. Isn't custard supposed to have egg and that's what makes it different from pudding? C'mon Yoplait, you sold me a pudding not a custard! The caramel had a nice flavor at first and I loved how thick it was, but it could've been better and it did taste fake the more I was eating it.
