ONEderland- Check. 50% of body weight lost- Check. 200 lb lost from highest- Checkarooney.
Still sticking with the monthly family 5K and pace improvement, but after FINALLY practicing the bike route for the sprint tri I'm doing in May, the mini-goal is to bike that route twice a month until the race and pick up the slow-as-molasses pace. I'll never be on a podium but I don't want to be last, either.19 -
I'll be meeting 10 girlfriends from 35 (!) years ago in 7 weeks for a mini reunion. - HELP!8

To have some sweet abs before I turn 34 in April and to break into the 130's!3

My uncle and I (both 400+ lbs)have started a challenge to see who can lose the most weight by June. I have no plan on stopping there however!
Another mini goal is I have a couple jackets that belonged to my late father that I would like to fit into. Have to go from a 5x to a 2x. Am currently a 4x now.19 -
To get to below 180 by the end of March and below 170 for May when I am going to a Supernatural convention6

My current mini is to drop 11 more by end March, and reach 260 lbs.6

Lose the last little bit of subcutaneous fat on my lower belly so what little loose skin I have can tighten up over time.3

Getting back on the wagon is my current goal. This past month hasn't been all that great with no real weight loss but then no real weight gain either so I have to view that as a positive. I have learned that improper sleep for me leads to improper food choices and a craving for sweets. Thankfully puppy is now sleeping through the night so back to normal sleep patterns and re-finding my willpower to turn down the junk food.
I've got an event at the end of April and I want to be at my goal weight for it. Aiming to lose 1 lb a week makes it a completely attainable goal if I keep will power up!5 -
I want to lose 10% of my weight plus... but I want to lose 3 lbs this week. ( weekly goals and daily goals is what i focus on mainly)6

Fittng comfortably into my size 12 jeans. After the 14's were falling off on Saturday, I tried on the 12's and I could button them! Just a few more pounds to be completely comfortable. After that, size 10, here I come!7

Right now my mini goal for this work day is to not go eat like 10 free paczkis that my office is giving everyone.... I don't even WANT them but it's like they are right there so I feel like I need it....4

Not sure if it's quite a mini goal, but I've torn a ligament in my ankle so can't do anything that impacts my ankle for the next 6 weeks or so my mini goal/aim at the moment is to keep myself active during my recovery and not slip totally off track! Challenging myself to find different ways to work out7

How much do you weigh? 3 lbs is not generally a safe goal, unless you are over 300 lbs. Been there and done that.1 -
sub 195 for at least 3 days out of 7. Then I get to buy new jeans. Well get to is a strong phrase, as I hate shopping but I really could use them. maybe I can do better with achieving my mini-goal with a reward in mind.
I would really like to do this before March 19 (anniversary). I've been bouncing around in the 197-199 range, so feasible.2 -
I'm right at the edge of a healthy BMI so that is motivating me currently.8
