Tweaked my back yesterday before getting my planks done. Ended up doing some modified ones today to just get some minutes logged. Hate doing modified ones...just doesn't feel like they really count for me at this point after having done regular ones for so long, so they get logged with an asterisks.
2 March: none - worked late
3 March: none - sore shoulder and back pain
4 March: 4 min (modified - still sore back)*

That was me with the Killer Core Workout...I thought I could knock out three sets easy peasy...yea, I made it through one set and collapsed. My goal is to eventually add that one to my regular workout (with at least three sets done). Not happening any time soon, but satisfying goals are ones that take a while to accomplish.

Since starting a few weeks ago (only planks) I have lost 15 lbs and now fit into clothes that are 4 years too small!!!3
