I will say, Taylor, that is quite an impressive recall you have!0 -

On the subject who all thinks that he's guilty?
On an ID channel show they mentioned that his son could have been involved (I had no idea he had an older son & thought they meant his younger son Justin).
I feel he's guilty in that he either did it himself, had his older son kill them, or he hired a hitman (and in that scenario he would still be guilty).
I thought for a long time he was innocent.....but now it is quite clear he is guilty.0 -

Plus I just remembered that he wrote a book If I Did It. Most normal people who didn't commit a crime wouldn't write a book if they had done it.
I read that0 -

My justification - he was on the incline bench...doing DUMBBELL presses. In the squat rack. So, I asked him to move. He can do that anywhere. I cannot squat anywhere - you gotta be in the squat rack for that!!!
Then I knocked out two sets of NINE pull-ups. Just to show him who the big dog in the gym really is.(I also did a set of 7 and a set of 6.)

Not bad, but how did you forget her love of Dr. Pepper?
And sunsets. Other than those little things, I think she nailed it. Although, I'm finding I like my shoulders/arms a lot more lately. I'm so thankful that tank top season is soon approaching.1 -

That's funny! I DO love me some Dr. Pepper. I drank a lot of it last week. Don't believe me, check my diary.0 -

I like tap water too. Maybe our water tastes better?
I also like tap water, and I prefer it to not be ice cold unless it's during/after a work out.0 -

FINALLY!!! All caught up and I'm here all alone. You all have been some busy bees around here.
I also miss the old confessions days. Very much so.
In the original spirit of this thread, I confess that I have been eating like crap lately, some logged, some not, and I couldn't care less. My clothes still fit, I'm still working out 5-6 times a week and at times I can see abs. I haven't weighed myself in months so I have no idea where my weight is, but I don't really care about that either.6 -
I swear I had you in there!!! It freaked out on me when posting and deleted things. Maybe it got you?!?0 -

Confession: I am currently trying something dietary that scares the kittens right out of me but something has to give. Also I took a progress photo earlier since I hadn't in a while- kind of feeling like I ran an unintentional bulk, only running 80-100k a week instead of progressive overload programming...only that isn't a thing lol. Oh my brains -_- !0

Different carb threshold approach basically. I want to see if running my current training load could theoretically keep me floating in and out of ketosis on an increased carb macro. I don't want to eff up so bad I have to re- fat adapt before Banff because there is no.goddamn.time. but I also need to balance that with the speed goals I need to hit in June (really hoping to Boston qualify this season). Me and carbs are not a great combo historically so I have to keep a tight lid on it.1 -

Ditto. But I haven't managed to get to the fat-adapted stage. Something always crops up that puts me over. With Easter coming up this weekend I'm not even going to bother. I'll keep it between 50-100g but there is no way of getting into keto.
Also, if you and @Oberon21 both get into Boston you SO have to meet up!

The shuttle was to and from a casino, so no luggage. For the elevator ride, it was just him carrying a notebook. Yes, of course, anyone could be disabled, but that wasn't my impression. That is why I shared this observation in this forum, as to not get judged for being judgmental

I don't watch reality shows, so I've never heard of him. I'm at work so I can't play it, but I'll take your word for it.0 -

What are you trying? I think you sensible enough to know what is good for your body. Therefore when you say I'm doing something to my diet that scares me, something wants to scream please don't!0
