L1 day 4 done! One of my calves is insanely sore so I have marched during jump rope, but I did 6 real push-ups before having to go to my knees so that exciting! I'm up 1.5 lbs but I expected that due to the sore muscles. Did that happen to anyone else and how soon did the water weight come off. I'm a daily weigher so I'm used to some fluctuation but I'm just wondering:^)3

I started this May 1 and today is L1D5. I thought I was gonna die the first 2 days but it has gotten easier.1

L1 D7 DONE! Tried doing a couple regular push-ups and failed miserably...oh well, will try again tomorrow!0

Yesterday I was exhausted and had a rest day from the Shred but I'll be back at it tonight for day 8. I've been doing my modified push-ups from a bench and it has really helped with increasing my strength for push-ups.0

L1 day 5 complete!! I did 10 push-ups before dropping to my knees! Still doing high marches during jump rope so as to not aggravate my sore calf muscle. I have a friend who wants to start coming to do it with me so I may end up doing 15 days of level 1, but it can't hurt right;)0

L1D6 done tomorrow my rest day and Monday will be L1D7. I find if I exercise everyday then I get burned out and quit but when I take a rest day every 7 days I don't have that problem.3
