    Started at Day23 added 15 sumo squats. 15 lunges each side.
    Day2: complete (day24 of challenge) 16sumo 16 lunges each side
    Day3: complete (day25) +17sumo +17lunges-10 Bulgarian split squats

    @am_change thank you :-) I will be forever grateful that I made myself do them ((made my hubs to take them even though he is a giant dork and does his own goofy ones before mine lol gosh I love the turd)). There are some days I can hardly believe where I am at/how far I have come in such a short amount of time. If you had asked me last year I could weigh in the 120s again I would have never believed it. I thought it was long out of reach, let alone getting down to my wedding weight (had long ago wrote that off as impossible). Now I KNOW I can and it's within reach. I've never gotten to a point in my life where I was toned and had muscles. That is my ultimate goal, numbers will start to not matter when I get to maintenance and start my recomp officially. I want to be able to do pull-ups lol I want to have definition.

    Hi challengers :)

    I've spent most of yesterday pulling weeds. My back was hurting me a bit from the start, now worse this morn. I am going to bow out of the challenge. Good Luck everyone .. your doing phenomenal!

    I'm in for the full body killer workout, for sure! Burpees are my biggest weakness but I can do them as long as i take it slow! And i'm already doing squats 5x a week, so why not add more fun to my routine!

    Day2: complete (day24 of challenge) 16sumo 16 lunges each side
    Day3: complete (day25) +17sumo +17lunges-10 Bulgarian split squats
    Day4:complete (day26)+18sumo +18 lunges

    Tomorrow will be a rest day for me on strength so my muscles have some recovery time and I want to ramp my numbers up after on the squats. I am doing a plank challenge, push-ups, and my 60+minutes of cardio 6x a week on top of this challenge.

    Revising my plan. The husband needs a ride to the airport tomorrow morning so day6 will be my rest day for the week.
