    I'm attempting all of it apart from the high impact section of the killer challenge.

    June 1: almost complete. Pistol squats ha! I tried and what are the curls in the killer challenge? Bicep curls? That's he only bit ive not done. Thanks!

    I'd do what you feel you need most. I'm doing biceps, please go away flappy arms!!!

    Missing weeks (months) of exercise takes a toll, geez!

    Well done everyone who got it in today. Tomorrow can be a fresh start for those who couldn't make it.

    Butt lift challenge ahoy!

    Day 1: complete!

    I should say I started at Day23 on the challenge thing because the starting days were too easy for me. I also added 15 sumo squats. 15 lunges each side.

    WOO-HOO! I love how inspirational our Fit-Family is!

    July 1st marks one year that I've been really working on getting my life & body back on track. My goal was to be recognizable again before my 30th high school reunion this summer & to have my *kitten* together to bring in 50 (2019) with a bang. I can't wait to finally post before & after photos. I would never judge anyone's process, but I'm doing this no surgery, pills, shots, teas or shakes. This month is crucial (in spite of not being well).

    And I threw in day 1 of Killer. Don't know that I'll make that all the way through the month, but I'm going to see how far I can get!
