Waist Trainer Challenge
Day 1: Waist Trainer, 20 x bridge & 25s plank ✅
Day 2: Waist Trainer, 20 x bridge & 30s plank ✅

Started at Day23 added 15 sumo squats. 15 lunges each side.
Day2: complete (day24 of challenge) 16sumo 16 lunges each side
Day3: complete (day25) +17sumo +17lunges-10 Bulgarian split squats1 -
@am_change thank you :-) I will be forever grateful that I made myself do them ((made my hubs to take them even though he is a giant dork and does his own goofy ones before mine lol gosh I love the turd)). There are some days I can hardly believe where I am at/how far I have come in such a short amount of time. If you had asked me last year I could weigh in the 120s again I would have never believed it. I thought it was long out of reach, let alone getting down to my wedding weight (had long ago wrote that off as impossible). Now I KNOW I can and it's within reach. I've never gotten to a point in my life where I was toned and had muscles. That is my ultimate goal, numbers will start to not matter when I get to maintenance and start my recomp officially. I want to be able to do pull-ups lol I want to have definition.1

I'm a day behind but I got the first 2 days of the butt lift challenge in, I need to add more in but baby steps for me is better than nothing3

Day 4 complete with my 16 month old joining in. Her squats put mine to shame. Sitting on me saying row row while I did the crunches wasn't ideal.
However, her climbing on me is better than me skipping a day which I did on day 2 when I left he challenge til evening to do and ended up having no evening looking after her teething and whinging so I doubled up and did the day 2 bits I'd missed. 1 2 3 4 done.6 -

Hi challengers
I've spent most of yesterday pulling weeds. My back was hurting me a bit from the start, now worse this morn. I am going to bow out of the challenge. Good Luck everyone .. your doing phenomenal!1 -

I'm in for the full body killer workout, for sure! Burpees are my biggest weakness but I can do them as long as i take it slow! And i'm already doing squats 5x a week, so why not add more fun to my routine!1

Tomorrow will be a rest day for me on strength so my muscles have some recovery time and I want to ramp my numbers up after on the squats. I am doing a plank challenge, push-ups, and my 60+minutes of cardio 6x a week on top of this challenge.1 -

Day 5 done, but it was hard after my one hour torture workout. You know, the one that has you spent at the the end of the warm up? I shouldn't have worked out so hard yesterday. I'm learning...baby steps....everyone stay strong!2

Question? Soo I did the squat challenge last month,along with arms and beach body and we'll basically all of them plus walking., did my measurements finally today, I gained inches in everything my hips down an inch or 2. Waist up I lost 2 1/4 in. Yet I'm still loosing weight. Is that muscle inches gained?0
