Day 13 butt lift/plank done. No other significant exercise today, unless you count grocery shopping and kitchen time. Might take a walk when it cools off outside, but I've been PMS'ing all week and just feel yucky. The challenge is getting harder, but that's the point. Let's push ourselves and get this done!1

Day 14 butt lift/plank complete! Don't really see a change yet, but I usually avoid looking at my behind. Suppose my hubby may have a different opinion? Two weeks isn't a long time, butt (ha ha) it has to be helping. Every little bit!1

I've been having pain in my left leg.possibly a strained muscle or tendentious. Supposed to be resting it, but still walking several small walks, and stretches Even so not feelin g well today. So doing some walking. May do some arms and legs. Keep up your good work.have a great day1

Day 16 butt lift/plank done. I held the plank in one try! I was amazed. I'm starting another challenge tomorrow to add on. I'm not ready for the Killer workout yet, but it's gonna get tough by the end. Keep it up, folks!2

Day 18: butt lift/plank done I don't feel any stronger, but I know it all helps. Besides, I need to rev up my metabolism to burn off the 1/2 donut I had an hour ago.1
