    Since last week,I've either been busy, having to take a break or forgot to record. Done mostly walking and some of the exersizes.

    Day 13 butt lift/plank done. No other significant exercise today, unless you count grocery shopping and kitchen time. Might take a walk when it cools off outside, but I've been PMS'ing all week and just feel yucky. The challenge is getting harder, but that's the point. Let's push ourselves and get this done!

    Day 14 butt lift/plank complete! Don't really see a change yet, but I usually avoid looking at my behind. Suppose my hubby may have a different opinion? Two weeks isn't a long time, butt (ha ha) it has to be helping. Every little bit!

    I've been having pain in my left leg.possibly a strained muscle or tendentious. Supposed to be resting it, but still walking several small walks, and stretches Even so not feelin g well today. So doing some walking. May do some arms and legs. Keep up your good work.have a great day

    @stella7x7 hope you get healed soon. Don't push too hard and end up doing more damage or prolonging your injury. Keep up your positivity...you are an inspiration to many. :)

    Day 16 butt lift/plank done. I held the plank in one try! I was amazed. I'm starting another challenge tomorrow to add on. I'm not ready for the Killer workout yet, but it's gonna get tough by the end. Keep it up, folks!

    Day 17 butt lift/plank done. Had to cut the plank in two- ha ha, but still added up to 80 seconds. Now on to my other crazy challenge...

    Day 18: butt lift/plank done I don't feel any stronger, but I know it all helps. Besides, I need to rev up my metabolism to burn off the 1/2 donut I had an hour ago.

    Day 19 butt lift/plank done- whew, that plank had to be split up again. I rest in a downward dog, then reposition. Still counts, as far as I'm concerned. Yeah to all that are "kicking" their butts and sticking to it. Almost 2/3 done with the month. Summer's almost here...where did spring go?

    Day 20 done- butt lift/plank rest day. I think I might do the balance challenge in July- those pistol squats look ridiculously hard though! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

    @SheilaCali you are doing awesome. Keep fighting through it. I have been having a hard time trying to get motivated back into doing these challenges because I've been slacking overall. I hope to get back at them come July. Keep up the great work!!

    lbenson2006, I feel ya. I feel like I'm slacking, but I've been working out harder and harder this year until my body quit on me 2 weeks ago. An extra TOM this month did it, and my back has been weak these weeks. It's as if the rug's been pulled out- ouch! I'm glad I started the challenge, as otherwise I might not be doing much of any structured exercise. The most structure I have in my life right now is eating dessert everyday. Not the best, but I did start another challenge 4 days ago that has me doing pushups and other goodies. Just gonna coast for a while and enjoy the view... B)
