    July 1 - 161.5 km cycling (510 min) + 0.5 km walking (6 min). This was a 150 km event put on by the BC Randonneurs to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday. :) Plus a bit extra.

    (I got 36 hours and 38 minutes in June. My goal for July is anything above that amount!

    1st: 30min Heavy Bag, 20min Elliptical.
    2nd: 50min Running, 20min Elliptical.
    3rd: 20min Bodyweight, 40min Elliptical, 15min Hip Hop Dance workout, 17min Yoga.

    I am slowly adjusting my body to the idea of exercise :)

    6 workouts today totaling 3.61hrs bringing July's 4 day total to 11.01hrs.

    In comparison, my last year total duration for July was 60.54hrs..don't know if I can beat that!
