Great job. I had more consistency then previous months but still couldn't keep up. Hoping August is a bit better. See you there!!1 -

I've been having issues with my knees hurting and tendinitis in both feet. I've been doing some strength training,stretching and walking. I really hope to participate in August.i really do need to get back into it regularly again.im still loosing.but I dnt want to loose my muscle and get a lot of loose skin as I loose . ~~~~ Alyson1
