    This weeks weight change:-.4
    Total weight loss: 28.2

    This weeks challenges and successes: Another small loss this week! The scales are bouncing closer to that 129 mark, but just won't go there yet. Thinking before I eat is critical. Cruising later this week and intend to enjoy myself but my DH and I also have our strategy for getting in gym time and extra walking. This is our anniversary cruise so we will be celebrating. Will check back with you in a couple of weeks.

    • Ilvermorny & Hogwarts challenges.

    This is going to be a busy work week don't sweat the small stuff.
