I want to join. Starting Day of Weight loss Journey This Time-02-14-2017.

CW: 232.0--07-18-2017--Had lost 20 lbs at one point then got side tracked.

I should be able to lose a pound a week but it's soooo hard.
07-25-2017-234 gained 2 lbs-going to be more diligent next week.

This week's successes: That my gain was small. I couldn't go to pool because I got stitches. I didn't go to gym at all so a small gain is OK. Stitches out tomorrow, will get back to all my exercise with gusto!

Cruising later this week and intend to enjoy myself but my DH and I also have our strategy for getting in gym time and extra walking. This is our anniversary cruise so we will be celebrating. Will check back with you in a couple of weeks.
