8/11: 198.4 – up a few pounds. Went out last night.
8/12: 198 – So annoyed that I was 195.6 two days ago and now I feel like I’m starting last week all over just because of one night. And I worked sooooo hard.
8/13: 197.2 – Felt like giving up yesterday, so I went to the store and bought a bunch of fruit and food for low cal meals and went for a walk and now I’m re-energized. Thank goodness I didn’t give in. This has to be permanent this time.
8/14: 197 – great day all around yesterday.
8/15: 196.6 – Happy to see the numbers continue to go down.

GW - Want to get to 150 and then maintain for a while to work on fitness instead of weightloss, I expect I will probably drop a few more lbs as I figure out where my calories need to be to maintain...but I'm cool with that I think 140 may be my ultimate goal but I want to take the last 10 slowly.

8/11 - 151.8 - SUPER WHOOSH...all the weight and then a bit extra is off from my vacation de-railment. I was up almost every hour to pee last night lol...so I was obviously releasing everything my cells were retaining. I'm within 2 lbs of my original goal weight. I'm going to add a snack to my meal planning this week to slow things down a bit. Picked up my kettlebells for the first time in over a week this morning so I expect to be sore tomorrow.
8/12 - 151.4 - right direction! Cleared out all the size 12's and Larges from my closet...AND...bought two pairs of size 8 capri pants from the summer clearance rack yesterday!!!! BIG NSV!!
8/13 - 152.2 - just a blip. Ate around maintenance cals yesterday...mabe a smidge more...but not enough to gain a lb of fat. Probably bloat from the beers my bod isn't used to having. A long bike ride is in the plans for today...going to burn it off.
8/14 - 154 - Sodium and sore muscles. More water, mindful eating and light activity today...and a trip to the chiropractor...
8/15 - 154.2- Hrmm...fingers feel puffy for some reason this morning. I banked some of yesterday's calories for today since we're heading to Toronto for the ROM and the Jays game...I know my food choices won't be the best (gotta enjoy the full ball park experience). We will be walking LOTS and I'm heading downstairs to work out before we leave...

12/8 - 198.8 - strained a muscle, in my shoulder and calf, so I am assuming this is water retention just NO HIGHER
13/8 - 198 - muscles feeling a bit better, calf completely pain free today, shoulder still niggling 25 miles NO water
14/8 - 200.2 - WTH - I know its not "real" but *sigh* ---- Rest - feeling ill and bloated NO water

Mostly I'm hoping to overall maintain this 10 days. The last day of the 10 is over a weekend and my weight is always higher then. May be some motivation to keep myself under control.

Round 12 (My round 1) was a great round for me garnering a 9 pound loss. Most of that was the loss of weight gained during vacation so I am not expecting those kinds of results for this round.
For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.
10 August - 160.1 weight at the end of round 12 (my round 1) - So ready to break into the 150s
11 August - 159.2 OMAD + No Meat
12 August - 158.7 Today ended up being a splurge day so I am expecting a gain in the morning.
13 August - 159.5 As expected - Glad I stayed in the 150's - back on track today
14 August - 159.0
15 August - 160.8 Was hoping not to see the 160's but I know it is water weight and will be gone soon.

8/13 200.0 ALMOST out of the 200's. So so close.
8/14 201.0 Really really disappointed. Hit the gym yesterday for an hour and a half and a four mile walk last night. Was within my calorie intake too. Sodium intake was a little high so I am going to try and keep that down, but come on! Going to keep at it but so frustrating.
8/15 200.8 Did good all day with the food until dinner. A rare night alone with hubby meant take out. Hopefully more of a drop tomorrow. Vaca is coming up and Im really worried about going back to my starting point.

Feeling great about this morning's weigh in. I'm glad were doing this every day because sometimes you miss these drops when it all averages out at the end of a week or so. Went to the doc yesterday for annual and was up 10lbs in a year! Other numbers not so good either, SO I've got to get serious. I'm seeing him again in 3 months and planning to show him some different numbers. Hope you all have a healthy and active day.

8/11 - Out of town with no scale and out of my exercise and food routine. Went over calories yesterday and very little movement due to seminar. One more day of this then back to my element so hopeful I can still meet goal for this round.
8/12 - 164.2 - *sigh* trying not to be too hard on myself for a less than a lb gain...no scale or exercise the last couple of days and more hungry than usual for some reason, although I did make good choices. Weekends are tough too food wise, so making a conscious commitment to lots of exercise and water and staying under calories these next two days.
8/13 - 163.8 - getting closer to where I started the round with a long workout, extra water and staying a tad bit under calories.
8/14 - 163.6 - everything on point yesterday. No time for exercise today so need to be extra conscious of eating.

Good start, although the last time I got to this weight it was also a Friday and I screwed it up with the weekend. We will see what I can do. Yesterday I went over my calorie count but I was able to get up and do some walking which was a good start post cryosurgery (it was almost the entire bottom of both of my feet lol, so I'm surprised it hasn't gotten infected and that I'm able to do this much walking).
8/12: 130.6
No late night snacking yesterday, so I'm sure that helped. I've been making smarter choices and eating less. I don't have as many snacks laying around the house other than fruit and nuts. Great start to the weekend. Hopefully I can continue the downward trend. This was my second goal weight, but I decided to lower it another 5 lbs. I am just so amazed at what I have accomplished. I never thought I would get below 145.

Ate more than planned yesterday. Usually happens with my niece in the house. We cook together and what not. Plus I didn't drink very much water.

8/14 - 232.0 - moving in the right direction! This week I need to focus on my water intake. I've also started some running training intervals, so that may be causing me to retain a little water as its more intense than my usual walking. Hoping water and having a better week calorie-wise (I was over two days last week) will get me back where I want to be.
8/15 - 231.2 - under what my official weigh-in was last week! With careful eating and a little luck I might make it to my goal for this round.

8/11 144 READY, SET, GO! Nice drop. Went to gym yesterday. Good workout. Didn't get much sleep last night and got woken by 2.5 yr old grandson. Wish I had his energy first thing in morning. Ellip today and perhaps some stretching. Happy Friday!
8/12 143.8 Love it. I'm in the 3's again. Too tired to exercise yesterday. Played with grandson most of day. Probably go to gym today. I'll need to get some exercise in as going to a friend's for dinner and that means a couple glasses of wine. Thank goodness she is also losing weight and eating healthy/clean/low cal, etc. I want to see some steady weight loss this round. I'm due, I tell ya! Happy Saturday!
8/13 143 I don't think this is a whoosh but food poisoning last night and the attendant vacating of the stomach. What a way to stay under calories. Blahhhhh.
8/14 143 Happy to see it stay the same. Ate well yesterday, stuck to protein and veggies and champagne grapes. Yum. no exercise. Just recovering from being ill. Ellip today and hopefully gym. It's Monday, start of a new week. Go for it!
8/15 143 Yes! 30 min ellip yesterday as well as a great session at gym. Lowered bar on Smith machine to keep moving forward fitness wise. Ate too many carbs at dinner though. Tortillas and refried beans. Looking for an hour on elip and a drop tomorrow. Almost no sleep though so we'll see. Feel good and love that my capris from last summer literally fall off me. n Persist!

8/11- 179.2 I know it's only a few ounces but yesterday I started in earnest with my workout and healthy eating routine. 180 is the most I've ever weighed in my life (before that it was 169 and I haven't checked the scale in between so this was quite a surprise). Just to see this number tip little bit is inspiring... and I'm off to the gym!
8/12- 179.0 Just began a breakup with my partner this morning. Parting with him, I believe, is also part of my self care. Hoping I can stick to my workout and calorie schedule. Though all I want is cheesecake and chips to soothe my soul. (Edit: thanks to all of you for your support and camaraderie )
8/13- 180.0 I weighed myself after the gym and a late breakfast so this "gain" isn't too surprising but I'm hopeful for tomorrow. I did eat about a pound of queso and chips yesterday... I am human, I stress eat, and I am beautiful.
8/14- 178.0 and 41% Body Fat. Sweet! Going to keep this up and find some Perrier that @suebee143 mentioned!

8/11: 155.2 I ate too much sodium yesterday. I can feel it in my hands and feet. It hasn't affected my weight yet, but it may not show on the scale until tomorrow. All I can do is keep hydrated today.
8/12: 155.4 Bad day logging. Ate like crap I know it will show on my weight this week.
8/13: 156.8 Yikes. Over eating and high sodium intake over the last couple days. Gotta get back on track.
8/14: 155.8 Getting there. Back to work, so back to routine (which helps me tremendously)
8/15: 154.2 Woosh! I've always been a member of the "Big Booty Judy" club...starting to look like I might need to surrender my membership

8/11 190 - Ugh! I'm retaining a ton of water and just feel heavy. This happened at the same time last month so I'm thinking it's from ovulation and not drinking enough water. I'm hoping for a big whoosh soon!! Today's goal is to eat more veggies and drink a gallon of water!

8/13 188.6 - I knew that would happen. We had my MIL's bday party last night and I ate CAKE and lots of other delicious food. The one pound gain is water so I'm not concerned. NSV is that I worked out yesterday! I walked 20 flights of stairs(just up and down our stairs) and man that was tough but I did it!
