Are you upset about something in your life? Have you made a choice that turned out to not be the best one? Did you accomplish something you've been wanting to do, reach a goal? Did you do something amazing and wonderful? Did your in-laws do something not so amazing but you just can't tell them? Were you right about something, and need to rub it in...just a little...because people ask for advice but just don't ever listen? Here is the place for you. let it out. Heal. Grow. Let go of your luggage so that your load is lighter for your fitness and mental health journey.

I'll sell you mine for $10 as long as you'll let me borrow them for like 2 minutes. After that they're yours.6 -
I'm just going to use my welding helmet. Auto darkening, so it will be nice. I might look like a damn fool standing out there, but hey at least I'm not scrambling to find eclipse glasses like the rest of the world.8

Make sure they are at least a shade 14 or they won't block enough of the UV rays. Seriously.1 -
I have 3 big regrets that I wish I could get over. At the time I made my choices for what seemed like good reasons, but if I could I would have chosen almost the opposite course of action in all 3 situations.
I know it's stupid to dwell, but I do.3 -

I have gotten over this to an extent. I now choose a course of action and just fix what goes off track. No matter what my choice at the time, there were consequences I didn't see and couldn't control. And thank you for this post, Vikka, I have been pondering a course of action and I now realize that keeping a positive attitude and not reacting would be best. Thanks!1 -
I'm tooting my own horn too for getting @blackcomaro to do a workout that he enjoyed enough to now do everyday. Also pat on the back for doing it everyday.4

Dear everyone that said I couldn't: FU! Under 180 and still dropping. HA! (Particularly my a-hole ex).21

I recently told someone what I was thinking about a situation that I had been holding back about. I didn't want to upset them.
Well they were upset, but seemingly got over it and I feel much better.
I'll pat myself on the back for that one...it was hard but for the best5 -
I hate to say "I told you so", but.. I told you so. Now you must face the world alone without those who were once your most ardent supporters. You burned the bridge and took a flying leap. I only hope it was worth it to you.
But.. if you coincidentally died in a fire tomorrow, I would not shed a single tear. I hope you enjoy being the self-absorbed *kitten* you have consistently proven to be.
And no, no I will not open discussion to "talk" to you. You had that chance and chose to be hostile instead. So shut the *kitten* up and go plague the life of someone else.4 -

The Halloween stuff here showed up as soon as the Back to School stuff died down. So.. August 5th or 6th.0 -
I wish I could turn back the time, and make a few sound choices, just like many others would want to as well. But, truthfully, if any of my choices where changed, I truly know I wouldn't be where I am now. I wouldn't want this path changed. I pat myself on the back for getting to where I am, gaining strength, wisdom, and compassion.
But with that being said, I do regret not asking my dad more questions about his child hood. It would be awesome to know some of his child hood memories, good and bad, and to know more about my family history. I would have asked my brother for his recipes, because his cooking skills where amazing. I would have taken my sister out on "sister dates", and find out more about her interests.

I wish I would have not gotten married young and actually finished school and done something that would allow me to live comfortably as a single mom once the marriage failed. The struggle is ridiculous.
Also, totally should have made exercise and healthy eating a priority long ago. Being a poor, old fatty is no fun.7 -
Kind of a grievance I guess...
I hate it when people ask me a question at work and then after I answer them they ask me another question or more.
Ask me all the questions you have at once...I can handle it.
I don't want to draw these conversations out, I probably don't want to talk to you any longer than I have to.6 -
I would like more pats on the back but I think my back hair is off putting to some.3

Oh you mean you could find the school stuff you needed? None of that was around the stores here....just the folder and binder colors that we didn't need. What the hell is up with school supplies anyways? Why can't we just pay the school and purchase the supplies from the school? I am holding a yucky mean face sign, school supplies, directed directly at you!!! Uncool, school supplies. Uncool.
I was able to find what I needed, but only because I shopped for it back in July, ha ha. Even still, it was a bit difficult to find some of the things on the list because they were ridiculously specific.0 -
Can I have a pat on the back for actually remembering to wear my glasses today to protect my eyeballs from the sun? I mean, I did run into a door, but I didn't burn my retinas and I think that's a pretty stunning accomplishment from me (depending on the day).3
