    I confess that I am the one that switched the regular coffee with decaff. Bam.. They love to hate me here. I also decided to change the 10 key on my co-workers keyboard to mimic a phone's key.. All I heard was. "But I am pressing the one!!...(777777)" :D

    I feel better now that I took the first step toward helping myself by allowing others to help me. Now I get to experiment until we find what might/might not work. At least I don't have to deal with the anxiety over it anymore. I just want to move forward, grow and be a better person for myself and my son.

    P.S. Still jealous of everyone who gets a burst of energy from drinking caffeinated beverages. :p
