I can't wait for my girls to see why Mommy has been away several nights a week! The 2 year old is running her second 1K next month while my husband, sister-in-law and I walk the 5K and my mini goal there is to significantly decrease my time from last year's results (where I was dead last).

well I got news for you lady...
Seriously? A health care worker actually said that to a patient? Unbelievable!!!
Good for you for your reaction!
it's the NHS, they just manage your sickness and don't actually expect you to get well
me and my friends call it the National Sick Service
she actually said 'if you take all these meds then you can manage and eat whatever you want, you probably will never lose the 140lbs, most people don't, and you'll be diabetic forever..'
was I mad?

In May of next year my nephew is getting married in NC. While I don't plan on rocking a bikini on the beach I would like to comfortably fit into a swim suit to enjoy the pool and also be more comfortable to do a lot of sight seeing the week we are there. Also June of next year my baby sister is getting married and I am the matron of honor and well....I don't plan to be at goal by then, but under 300 would be pleasant. I am 25lbs down from where I started so I feel like I can make something happen by then16

Short short term goals:
* Ride my stationary bike for thirty minutes every day this week.
* Stick to my Pre-logged meal plans for the rest of the week.
* Don't buy diet coke for the rest of the week (I don't believe artifical sweeteners are bad, I just spend too much money on diet coke and don't drink enough plain water).
Longer short term goal: lose 7 pounds by December 4 (my 38th birthday) so I can drop from morbidly obese class 3 into morbidly obese class 2. That will also make 52 pounds lost in a year (I started losing December 30, 2016).8 -
Tough week out of my normal routine - I want to make it to the end without gaining!5
-
I want to squat 100kg - jumped from 60kg to 90kg this week so not far off now! I also want to do an unassisted pull up though that goal seems a bit more distant.6
-
Next "small" goal is to get to 180 pounds - this was the weight I was stuck at for half my life including all of high school. Then on to 160 ish hopefully by February when my husband and I go out to Cali to see the family6
