Quite a few for me!
I'm 193lbs right now, and a UK size 14. I would, however, say that it's a tight 14.
I need to get to around 168lbs to get back into my size 12 jeans, which is about 25lbs! :O
For reference, I'm 5'10" and I carry most of my weight on my bottom half.0 -

Around 20 lbs for me..0

Ive lost around 30 since Jan and went down 3 sizes so 10 pound a pant size would be about right0

I've lost 26lb and went from a size 8 to a size 2.0

Took me 70 lbs to go from a size 26 to a 20.0

22 pounds and I'm still in a size 14 (although they fit better now)0

A pant size? A lot! I've released 70 pounds, and my pant size went from 24/26 to a 20. Just 4 pant sizes. My 20s are now big in the waist (which is awesome!), but my lower half is large, so I need to large size (I could do an 18, but 20s provide the lower body room that I need). So I imagine that I will need to lose much more (at least 20) to drop to a comfortable 18, maybe a 16. I try not to think about it because it gets so damned depressing. Trust the process....0

It really varies from person to person. When I first started losing weight I started out in a size 24. After losing 65 pounds I was down one to a 22 but it was a loose 22. Tried to pull off a 20 but nope it was uncomfortably tight.0

About 100

I'm 4'11' and it used to be 7 -8 pounds was a pants size, but as I am getting older, it seems to be about 10 -12 pounds.0

55 lbs to go from a 26 to a 20. I seem to be losing more on my hips and thighs now so
hopefully that will make more of a difference.0 -
I've lost about 20, and still wear the same jeans as before.0

A couple years ago I went from a size 11 to size 3. Only lost 45 pounds0

Thanks for the input! I was just curious because it takes me about 20# which seemed like alot (im pretty proportional top and bottom...not a pear or apple) to go down a size. Im currently 218 and in a size 16 (loose but 14's are tight).
I started at 245 and a size 20. I dropped to 201 and was into size 16 (loose but 14 was too tight like you). I'm 5'6" and pretty proportionate but I have a lot of belly fat. So I guess for me it took 20 lbs to drop a size too.0 -
At my highest known weight, I was 360 and size 26/28. Super close to 100lbs lost and I'm 22/24. 100lbs and only 2 sizes. Hard work isn't paying off, yet, but I'm desperately awaiting the day I can shop in-store (Canada with 0 plus-size stores).
Every so often I try on my pair of 20s, which I've never been able to wear, but they won't even start going over my hips, where I lose almost no weight. Gotta love the pear shape and pants... <_<1 -
Down 50lbs and 5 pant sizes so like 10lbs a size i guess

Took me 12kg (23lbs) to go from a 14 to a 12... but the 14s were tight when i started and i now fit into the 12s with ease (albeit still with a muffin top). Haven't dropped a dress size yet, but i have noticed that they fit much better!0
