What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

a few: have to go to a ball next week = in 10 (!) days and as it is a work thing I really don't want to buy anything new. Both dress options to small but I will try to get off as much as possible to fit into the roomier one at least;
next: evening out with the girls with a few drinks and we were talking of going to see a rocky horror picture show screening - nostalgia for some reason I had mentioned before that many many years ago I want to an aids fundraiser event (dressing up was obligatory there) and I still have a corsage from back then... guess...
next: suffering from pains in hips, knees... and regular headache - that has to go!
next: Christmas visit at bitchy mother/sister in law-team - just because...

Do my first unassisted pull-up! It may seem silly, but never in my life have I had the strength to do an unassisted pull-up.8

To be able to join the gym!
Sounds silly - but so many times before I've gone at this with all guns blazing, trying to do everything and be perfect all at once...and surprise it has never worked. And then I end up paying for a gym subscription that doesn't get used...
So this time round, I've been at it for a month and gone from 86kg to 83.5kg...and I won't let myself join the gym until I'm under 80kg. I've been hiking, walking, running and doing YouTube workouts so I am getting some exercise, but the longer I go the more I'm so keen to go and get on those weights and machines. So that's my reward haha!10 -
I have 2 mini goals at the moment. My first hit the 20 lbs lost mark. Currently I've lost 19.2. My other is to get below 200 lbs for the first time in around 6 years. I'd be so happy to see 199... So yeah, around 14 lbs to go! ( maybe that's not such a mini goal, but either way I'm hoping I can get there little by little)8

Five more pounds to lose until I've lost 20% of my starting weight.5 -

2.8 pounds to go to my next "level".... I do this ten pounds at a time...works in my head...I will have lost 90 pounds after this 2.8 pounds.12

I've been travelling back in time with my mini-goals. I started this in May 2017 by far the heaviest I'd ever been. By late July/early Sugust I'd gotten to the approximate size I was when I moved countries in spring 2014; by early September I was in clothes from approximately 2013 on a trip to Spain, and as of now I'm the size I was just after I met my now-husband's family for the first time and they fed me so much that he and I came back from the trip staring at my stomach like 'Wow!' Another week or so and hopefully I'll be where I was before that trip, then after that into the 2011 clothes, etc.6

My goal I set out for the year was 216lbs - a reasonable 1/2 lb per week as I was/am breastfeeding. Probably not going to happen, as I've only made it down 11ish (my body reacts to calorie deficit by drastically reducing milk supply turns out) so now that Nugget is almost weaned (1 on the 20th ) I'm aiming for pre-pregnancy weight this year - 9 more pounds!6

0.7 pound by October and then 12 more pounds by New Years. That would put me at 52 pounds this year and AT MY HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION WEIGHT!!! AHHH!10

My mini goal is 34 lbs by December. From there another 35. I will be 199 at that point. And, I haven't been there since high school!! 20 years ago!!4

To stick with my meal plans this week for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Sometimes I just don’t feel like cooking, but no excuses this week. I’m going to cook all my meals I planned for and not be lazy about cooking. When I don’t feel like cooking, it results to fast food. I’m trying to avoid that.5

My mini goal is to get out of the 160's. This morning I was at 163.38

My minigoal: to survive this period without going over my calories too much. Three more days, so far so good. Had half a chocolate bar today but it totally fit my calories7

The weight is coming off sooooooo slowly. My mini goal is just to meet my calorie goal today. And then tomorrow I will have the same goal. If I reach that goal every day the weight should theoretically come off, even if it is slower than I'd like.11

145lbs, my pre Preg weight with baby no.1 (currently 149.8lb).

Getting my favourite jeans to fit and hopefully getting to goal #1 by Halloween and final goal by Dec. 18th.7

To get into a size 8 pants before I go home for Christmas, so my sister will stop offering me her old size 14's! It doesn't come from a generous place!15

Being able to do a Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run). I can do the swim and run no problem, but biking for more than 6 miles takes a beating on my azz bones.5
