Total: 16 hours - Really feel good about this since one month ago I barely did 2000 steps a day!

4/10 - 30 min biking, 30 min walking, 2 h volleyball training
5/10 - 30 min biking, 15 min elliptical, 55 step class
6/10 - 30 min biking
7/10 - 30 min biking, 60 min volleyball
8/10 - 55 min yoga

9/10 - 30 min biking, 55 min box training, 2 h volleyball
