So, have you found the scales yet? Have you been able to eat healthy during the move? Pots and pans all unpacked?

Weight loss is never linear so sometimes when you least expect it, it drops, and when you expect it to be dropping, it's like 'Nope! Fooled you!'.
You're doing amazing!!! (I just found this thread today and read through to see how you were doing.)10 -

Went to the movie (Star Wars) yesterday and scarfed down a medium popcorn and a bag of mini rolos. Over my daily goal by about 625 cals (so 125 over maintenance for the day) with lots of saltiness.
Was down 1.6 lbs this morning from yesterday.
Long term trend is what's important, but you are doing great so far so keep it up.9 -

Update : so i got back from the hospital went down because for the last 2 weeks my arm been sweeled up red and really painful. Spent 4 hours waiting to get blood work done to try and finger out why ( 5 trys before they got any blood it seems my veins are sweeled up and no good for blood work ) only to be told by the "doctor" he don't no what's wrong ( i could have fingered that much out not going there)2

So the doctor ask was any where else's swelled i told him at over 400lbs i was unable to tell him if it was or not.3

I know I'm going good and all but i have days where i wonder if its worth it i just keep getting sicker and seems every time i go to doctor i have something knew. So i wonder is it worth it when i cant get out if bed some days cuz I'm that miserable. On the bright side its hard to go over calories when its hurts to eat.9

while I did not need to lose over 100 lbs, I too found that the more weight I lost the more it seemed something cropped up health wise. but look at the bright side at least its showing up now and you can figure out what these health issues are and treat them now. it is worth it in the end. once you get down to a weight where you can do more then you will be like OMG I couldnt do this before. its very liberating. especially when for like me I could barely breathe(I have asthma too) just walking to town and back which is almost 3 miles round trip. once I lost weight it was a LOT easier and found it no longer effected my breathing and I have always been a person who walks a lot! so keep going you are doing great and you wont get where you need to be if you give up now. you are worth it and its worth it to improve your health, body and mind. so keep trudging forward even on days you want to give up. you are too far into your journey to turn around and go back now.17 -
It's worth it, BJ. YOU are worth it.
The rewards might feel like they are slow in coming at the moment, but they are coming. Keep chipping away.9 -
I know a lot of people, including myself, who got sick/felt like garbage when taking steps to lose weight and be more active. I can only imagine that the stress that weight loss puts on someone your size would make it much more worse.
That said, keep with it! You can assess whether you are being a little too aggressive, whether your workouts need to be a little lower in their impact as you go along. You can always scale back up as you feel better, and you WILL feel better in time. I believe in you, BJ! I hope to hear that you are feeling better soon.1
