I hope no one was bothered by any comments made as well..I hope everyone does great on this Challenge..Keep up the great work ladies!!!LADIES...LADIES...LADIES! How are you on this DAY 3? I hope all is well and TOM does not come before weigh in! LMBO Anyway, there have been some more changes on our team...Miss Keke86 and CuteLashawn are now Curvettes. I believe that that is where their hearts were and that is where they should be. I hope no one was bothered by the remarks that were made and if you missed them GOOD! If you have ANY problems with me as a captain or with how I deal with the team, please let me know. We can always handle it in a very discreet and gentle way! Anyway, my main focus is encouragement and just know that I am not one to be on here all day, all the time and do not expect that from you. I do, however, check in quite often and will post stats, forum messages and respond to inboxes in a timely manner to ensure that you have what you need. So, please check the forums and post your stats DAILY, keep gulping the water and let's prepare to congratulate one another as we knock these goals out!0

Ready to kick some major butt today! LOL - I am on 48 ounces of water so far today and doing great on my calories!! It seems as though I have been a LOT less hungry lately, which makes it even easier to get through all this! YAY! I havent worked out yet....I may wait to do that until I get home tonight...I'm not sure yet...but I can assure you that it WILL get done!!

Holy Freakin Cardio those up and downs were CRAZY!!! Hope all you Flab To Fab team members are pushing yourselves to go farther and dig deeper than you ever have before....I know you CAN DO THIS.

Walked 3.4 miles with my daughter no running today due to knees bothering me so I gotta give them a day of rest.

Kap, don't be nervous. Just remember what Aunt Flo puts on will come off. So even if your weight loss is not mega this week, it will be by next week! So, we have time...just keep rocking it out hon!By the way, I am a little nervous about weigh in Saturday ---- Aunt Freaking Flo is in town and I hope she doesn't cause too much damage to the scale! I love the profile picture dahling! Weights are due from you by Sunday morning. My suggestion is to maximize on the time. Weigh in on Sunday morning and send me the email then and I will forward to Gary. If you cannot do Sunday, then Saturday night is just as good.Do we weigh in every saturday and report it???0

No worries Maddox...when the scale starts moving, it will MOOOOOVVVEEEEEE! Remember, this is a four week challenge. Let's pace ourselves. I would rather have endurance than a bunch of high weigh ins for week one and people quitting on me by Week 3! No disappointments here...you ladies are a GREAT GROUP of ladies who are already motivated to do what is necessary and I appreciate that. Continue to work and success will happen!
