From last Friday, down 4.0 lbs...from Aug 1st, down 1.7. Not sure which one I was meant to track, so there's them both.

My starting weight as of Friday 7/29 was 133.
Today, Friday, 8/5, it's 130.7 ! That's 2.3 gone! (Mother nature helped with that. gotta love her!
As far as the 500/day.... *sigh* I must go to the back of the line... I've done my exercises, etc., and I'm sure I could've stepped it up several notches, but I had no way to measure how many calories I was actually burning. My Polar FT4 has been shipped! Any day now it'll be here & I promise to be a better participant.

I am confused. originally the challenge said burn an "extra 500 calories/day"...extra meaning in addition to what you already do? Or 500 TOTAL for the day, for a TOTAL weekly caloric burn of 3500?0

being wrapped up in my own nonsense i did not meet my goals for this week....HOWEVER you all have inspired me and instead of going to the movies after work, i'm going to workout...and definitely get my workout on this weekend!!! Next week will be better!!!!:ohwell:0

I do not have my weight this week because I still haven't got a scale. I failed my team this week.
The only thing I do have is my calories burned...

Going out of town today and didn't get a chance to go to my gym today. I will update ya'll on my progress on Sunday or Monday! About the 500 calorie challenge...I understood it as burn 500 cal in addition to the pre-programmed deficit of about 500 (which would equal about a 2 pound weight loss per week if you don't eat the calories back, but again that depends on your weight and metabolic rate). So you'd have to burn 3500 per week total to complete the challenge. Please correct me if I'm wrong

I've put on this week!!! Not amused in the slightest but I have been feeling very bloated and yucky (although it's not my TOM:sad: ).
I have booked myself in for a colonic next week to see f that helps with my heavy bloated tum!! :sick:
