In the US, the American Cancer Society offers supports to people who have your condition. Perhaps this Canadian organization does the same. Is this your correct region? If not, this same site has info for other Canadian regions.

I have contacted all of them had to leave msgs most likely no one in on the weekends.
And i have to agree you are awesome.

Now to get back to the weight lose my weight seems to go from 460-465 every week dont go lower then 460 and dont go higher then 465. Now it dont help that someone keeps moving my scale around the bathroom (I'm living with my grandparents and they dont like anything out of place they seem to think it a out of place where i puts it but it's the only level place i can find in the bathroom.)0

explain that you need the scale left in the same place all the time
That may mean putting it somewhere else in the house like in a garage or something4 -

for a normal person that would mean maintenance calories. but since you have all these health issues. it could be due to them why your weight loss is super slow. I have a genetic defect that causes me to have a metabolic disorder and weight loss is super slow for me too. but your condition can also cause whats called etopic cushings syndrome which means an increase in cortisol production. so that could make it hard to lose weight in itself. so I can understand the struggle. just keep doing what you are doing and dont worry about the weight loss so much as getting the help for your health issue(which I know you are trying to do) .I know you need to lose weight and you are trying. it just may be a lot slower than it is compared to others who dont have your health issues. try not to stress as that also raises cortisol.3 -

Something different works for everyone. If a goal / time limit is motivating for you, then work towards it. The only "danger" is thinking you failed if you don't meet it exactly. For example, my goal for 2017 was to lose 50 pounds. I lost 40 pounds, but not 50. I have, however, declared it a victory! I've set my goal for 2018 as losing 100 lbs. (well, actually I do kg, so it works out to 92.8 lbs) Why the bigger goal? Because I'm not to a point where I can take on more exercise -- but I need a motivator, so this is it for me.
I do find that food is the infinitely more important thing than exercise. I can exercise FOREVER, but it doesn't help at all if I over eat. I've also learned that weight lifting (right now exercise bands, actually) is easier for me to motivate myself to do -- and it has a bigger impact. Building muscles helps burn even more fat. As the weight is coming down, building muscle helps keep my metabolism up. Which is important -- otherwise my body works against me and I gain the weight back. (Did I mention that I gained/lost repeatedly last year?)
The other thing that is important is not to get hung up on the 2 lbs / week advice. I'm glad you reset the calorie count. I do that too. The thing is, it should advise 1% of your body weight per week as the maximum -- which, for "most" people is 2 lbs / week. For those of us well over the 300 lb mark to begin with, though, it can be scary to start losing 4-5 lbs a week and wonder why? Am I doing something terrible to myself? (I actually lost 30 lbs in 3 weeks once when I went to a live-in program -- and it was a bit scary. I was glad there were advisors there to reassure me.)
In summary (sorry for the long post) - set a goal that works for you, celebrate accomplishments as they come along (at least every 20 pounds) and take whatever advice you come across that feels right for you. If you do all that and don't stop, you'll get where you want to go!

um you do know that in a deficit its very very hard to even gain enough muscle to see any kind of significant calorie burns? and a lb of muscle burns like 6-7 calories. and for a woman its even harder and takes longer to build it. the bigger the deficit the less likely you are to build much if any muscle.8 -
I don't know you, but I'm so proud of you! You've taken the first steps already.. WAY TO GO! If I were you, I would start with food/calorie tracking. And, just like someone else said, start taking trips around the living room if you have to. I'm personally on a mission to lose about 80 lbs. I am scared shitless because I don't want to fail.... but, it's day two. I "cheated" once on my diet and tomorrow is a new day! Good luck to you and I hope you come back to give an update as to how your weight loss journey is going. I'll be cheering for you from the sidelines!1

Little update the government cant or won't help we eaither and i have not heard back from any one else. Called my local mha office a total of 100 times in the last days and only talked to some one 3 times to be told they working on it.5

in the developed world you simply cannot be left in this position, it is frankly ludicrous4 -

If you think it'll be any help, if you have a mobile device, you can still access any recent foods you've logged. I know you say the food is provided, but just a thought.3 -

Dog walking is a great way to get exercise and lose the weight, you and your dog can do this together and I am sure the extra walking will do your dog good too3

Do you have access to a pool? If so that would be a great way to get some exercise without hurting yourself. Water will take a lot of heat off your back, knees, and wherever else you may hurt. The deeper you submerge yourself the less weight on your joints; submerged to your chest you’ve taken 90% of the weight off. Start with whatever you can tolerate (walk 3 minutes, break, another 3 minutes, break, another 3 minutes) and build slowly.
Probably the most important is going to be to cut your calories, though. Aim for 2 pounds a week. (52 weeks in a year x 2 pounds a week = 104 pounds).3 -

I don't think it's possible or healthy to lose 200lb in a year. That's an average of 4lb per week; which is fine at the start (if you can stick to such a restrictive diet), but as you get smaller you will find that that rate of loss causes you to become exhausted and listless, as well as other possible side effects.
I started at 385, and it's taken me 15 months to lose 195 lb. So don't set yourself up to fail from the start! However, you'll be glad to hear that you will notice important differences with much smaller amounts of weight loss; being able to stand for longer, or walk a bit further, which will all help and motivate you to find out what you can do when you reach a healthier weight G'luck!5
