    sorry Ive been kind of mia all...
    been finishing up my degree program this week, wrapping up the last handfull of assignments and graduation is tomorrow.
    I doubt I'll be doing much by way of workouts over the next 2 or 3 days; i plan to spend today with my 8 year old and for the first time in several years, enjoying my day with no obligations other than to enjoy it.

    The lead boats are heading North and back for port ! may aim is to get this complete as i know a lot of people are dropping off now, and i have started dreaming up a new one for a Sept start........... again teams.....but smaller........... poss no more than 6 to a team............. so it might be a canoe down that amazon or a North Pole to South Pole bike ride......... WATCH THIS SPACE !
