    February 16: 60 minutes BodyPump, 35 minutes elliptical, 50 minutes walking
    February 17: 15 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes BodyPump, 150 minutes class sampler at the gym
    February 18: 40 minutes walking
    February 19: 55 minutes circuit training
    February 20

    WEEK 3: 495 minutes --- 8.25 hours

    TOTAL: 1,275 / 1,440 minutes --- 21.25 / 24 hours
