0.6 lbs lost this week and I'm happy to see the scale moving again! I am a little down about my injury on Saturday though and the fact that I won't be able to attend any of my gym classes this week with my messed shoulder and arm. I can still walk though, so that's what I'll do. I have to make the best of it.0 -

It's so frustrating to look back over 7 weeks of hard work and only see a 2 lb difference!! It's so discouraging. But at least it keeps me from unrealistic expectations. This is gonna take a lot of hard work and consistency.0 -

Sunday is fine for a rest day for me. We also have to pick two quadruple days as well, and every other day this week is also a double day. I don't really have any preference whatsoever this week since I don't have much of a schedule... I'm kind of just limited to dog walking anyway, so whatever the team decides is great! :flowerforyou:0

I'm open this week as well, no huge workouts planned. Some friends are in from out of country, so I'm spending as much time with them as possible while they are around. Its not often (ever) that i vists Abu Dhabi, after all. Sorry that i've been so quiet.0

They were Wednesday and Saturday. I knew people didn't post/look here often, so I posted it on my feed.
I'm sorry that our numbers aren't turned in at the moment. I had trouble hunting down numbers and then didn't have a chance to sit down and do the math for our new double and 4x days. My youngest child is still sick, but I will try to get around to it today. The first two teams have made it to the finish line, so it's up to us if we want to cross it as well. I know I'd like to!0 -

Marcia, I put you down for 2802 for Monday. I quadrupled your 599 from Saturday and added it to your 406 from Monday since i had already turned in the numbers. I still need your water from Sunday, though.0

Edit: By the way, what days are our quadruple and water days this week? I'll do a better job of trying to match up my schedule a bit more this week. Last week all of my high burn and rest days were mismatched. :P0 -

Well, what say you for this week? Wednesday and Saturday again? Thursday and Saturday? It seems water day is good set as Sundays. If we keep thte same days each week, it will be easier to keep up with.
