    Rita I find it interesting that antihistamines don't interfere with the effectiveness of allergy shots. It's a mystery to me. xo

    Machka in OZ I went through the allergy shots when I lived in TN for 4 years. They did help a lot then. But my move to CT brought on new ones and now to NM (southwest travels) have triggered new ones. When tested my old allergies showed up but not nearly as bad as first time. Strong smells trigger congestion and sneezing too, like perfume or scented soap. I have very sensitive sinuses. I know the shots work. Just must be patient and treat new allergies as they come up.
