Hey how did you post that? Are you on a tablet? I have been trying to figure out what changed about 2 weeks ago I haven't been able to post pics or sayings on here. I have clicked on the landscape button and I would normally get a choice screen and I would click premiere photos which this fire tablet uses to store my pics. I click on it now and get a white screen with a "I'm trying to connect" circle thingy. I'm confused.

Funny you say that my Fire tablet has been doing that exact same thing for a while. I don't know what's up, apparently not just mine. I did go to my PC to put pictures on.

Katla Interceptor Plus. It makes me cringe to give it to the dogs. We have tried nearly everything. We have bad fleas in Virginia. Bad Fleas!

Hmmm well I don't know. I asked the lady at Hobby Lobby she said magnolias but Jack said dogwood and I guess I don't know lol

Did Joyce Vidral’s Upper and Lower Body DVD. This DVD is different in that you do 3 sets of an exercise, reducing the amount of reps but increasing the weight. The plan for tomorrow is to do Zuka Power Cardio Disk 3 DVD
Katla – I remember when I was younger my girlfriend and I wished for a moving sidewalk so that we didn’t have to walk home from school….lol. We use Revolution on our cats. We have to get it from the vet. They used to run a special where (I forget the exact amounts) if you purchased something like 6 doses you got 2 free – something like that. I understand that the company is doing away with that promotion.

Rita – can you wait until your license runs out? I know where we moved to NC we had something like 60 days to get a NC license and registration.
Something is up with my car. Whenever I open the door, the alarm goes off. What a pain. Vince is researching right now. It may be something as simple as taking out the fuse and then putting it back in. Hope that’s all it is.
Went to talk to the lady about the magician show. I feel good about it now.

Hi gals. I'm still around. I'm really struggling right now. I think the depression is under control, but now I have anxiety which drives me nuts, and it's to the point of just being paralyzed. This is a new one for me. But I do have a friend who said she would check in with me every night. So maybe that will help. Cheers and good wishes for all of you! (((Meg))) in many of the books I am reading lately they encourage mindfulness as a way to combat anxiety. They also recommend paying attention to your breath especially as you exhale. I also like this meditation:

Had a lovely lunch with one of my yoga friends. I invited her over as DH was out walking and lunching with his friend.
I made a brown rice prawn salad. Dessert was home made 'kulfi' , an Indian style ice cream made with our own plums.
Then we went out on a 55 min jog/walk together. I did walk up the inclines, but otherwise jogged the whole way.
DH came back and finished reading/editing my book. It was he who suggested the change of title. He thought it was so much from the child's point of view and we don't get a very clear picture of the father. I'm still pondering. This book only covers my first nine years, so I could use A Very Nice Man for the next volume about my teenage years. It would be more appropriate there I think when I was more aware of the outside world and aware that many people thought of my father as a saint.
Both DH and my friend have been very patient and helpful with my worries about my children. I want to thank you all for your understanding and suggestions. I value you all so much. 
DYS went out for his first run today - 5k in 35 mins. Good start. I hope he keeps it up as it's better than therapy and very popular with recovering alcoholics.

CharlieAnn, it's the other way around. You have one hour to edit after posting. When you've hit the gear icon at the top right, you click again on the number of minutes left. Then your post opens up and you can edit it.
Being an editor, I edit my posts all the time. Mustn't have too many seplling erorrs in 'em 'cause it looks bad.

Louis home for 2nd day - he really hasn't felt very good. This food poisoning we went through has been a lot harder on us than either of us thought it would be. Today is the first day I really felt like eating much, stopped by the grocery store and Louis about stroked that we paid over $83 on groceries ... $0.22 was even cheaper than I had paid before on any medications I got from them. This was total price (2 medications).
Today is my birthday (67); I've been saying 66 for so long, not sure I'll get use to it. But, certainly beats the alternative.
Reading is so relaxing I am falling asleep; I don't know if it is because I have been sick or not regarding sleepiness or if they are going to do another sleep study to see if my Cpap needs to be adjusted, or not. Waiting for them to call me regarding an appointment. I don't know if that has anything to do with my daytime sleepiness or not; but, the 2nd sleep study, I really don't feel they got a good reading because I just wasn't able to get to sleep even when I had a mask on.
Still doing more lurking than anything. Not doing any exerise because I still cannnot hold on to treadmill; short splint that I can take off and on. Life so much easier! Went to PT and told her that since I live in Dawson; could she print off the exercises and let me do then at home. So spent an hour for her to go over all of them. She gave me some (for lack of a better description) 'silly puddy[ and also another stretchable band. Laughed and told Louis the blue one was for putting around my neck.
Well, back to reading.

Hello everyone
I am soon to be 50 and would LOVE to lose about 7 or 8 lbs before my birthday in April. I need nighttime accountability!! I am great in the day but come nighttime I want to eat the house and all. haha. I exercise regularly and don't really eat tons of junk - so I do have that on my side.
I will be 50 in November and I want to lose fifteen pounds by September. And then stabilize. I also need accountability.
I started the Dukan diet ten days ago. Have already cheated twice. And need to decide if I really can do Dukan diet, or of I should try Dukan 2.5 -

well Tom and I had to meet at the town hall and get papers notarized as we have a buyer for the lot down in Florida, we bought it in 2004 for 24,000 and we will be lucky to get a grand a piece once the lawyers are done.. but it will go into savings
tomorrow I have a 9 am appointment at my attorneys office to go over stuff.. have court monday and hopefully get things ironed out for the divorce.
going with 2 girlfriends to Marys sons last high school play.. so that will be fun, and my grandaughters family brithday party is saterday after i get out of work...
I bought her all sorts of acrylic paints, canvas, paint brushes and sketch pads.. she is very artsy and want to help her use her talent..4 -
