    Dinner out yesterday ended up being a wrap with salmon, kimchi, napa cabbage, basil, mint, green onion, and Korean hot sauce, so got at least a serving of vegetables, and had a farro and green bean thing on the side that was likely another, so that's about 12 servings for yesterday.

    Crazy morning and nothing but coffee, so none so far, but I'll make it up with lunch and dinner.

    Odd one out maybe but none since Monday as I’m trying out carnivore zero carb. It’s actually pretty great. I’ve lost 14 lbs in this timeframe.

    Today was actually less than usual for me...

    around 1c. blueberries (147g)
    banana (200g with peel, I probably got around 125g or so out of it)
    around 261g of a broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot blend (educated guesstimate)
    110-115g mixed vegetable blend (corn, peas, green beans, carrots)
    215g sweet potato (from raw weight, it was around 140-143g baked)

    I meant to have more today, but my plans changed for every meal. I ate some orange and red mini peppers, apple sauce (no sugar added) a banana.

    This morning in my smoothie I had 1 banana, 60 g kale, and 1.1 oz blackberry, 1 oz hulled hemp seed counts, too. Even the concentrated dried veg counts as vegetable. For lunch I had 1 oz banana along with other stuff, and the other stuff included a puck of soy isolate and various veg by-products. For dinner I had about 100 grams of assorted veg on my pizza.
