4/9 - 231.4 8400 steps good day, but it snowed again and I am so freakin over winter!!!!!
4/10 - 230.2 haha so I weighed myself and then ran around the house for 20 minutes and tried weighing myself again to get it under 230, but no go. Maybe tomorrow, but I let some family stuff get the better of me and went and ate 5 Samoas... And a mocha frap. Gah!!!

So happy hit 8,087 steps. Due to surgery it is tough. As soon as I eat I wear it around my waist.
4/9 - I was so happy the scale went the other way. Going to take it easy today. Today is my grand-daughter birthday so I want to keep the swelling down. I only sleep on the average 3 hours.
4/10-Everyday I feel stronger and stronger. The swelling goes from my head to the bottom of my neck. I went shopping today that felt good. Walking steps -Updated 8,000 I have to be very careful wth eating, trying to eat healthy!5 -

4/9 - 214.2 -getting refocused today and recommitting. My lowest was 205.9 and hoping to get back there and then keep going down.
4/10 - 209.8 - loss of water weight after a great day yesterday. Schedule thrown off today as I wasn’t home. Packed a lunch but was hungry before that so grabbed a steak sub (so an extra meal). Had a handful of chocolates due to cravings as I detox from the sugar. Tomorrow no sugar!

8: 211.2... Back to reinforcing neurological pathways that lead to my optimum health. Glad to see a drop from yesterday! Hoping for another tomorrow. I'm essentially still on track to reach my Memorial Day weekend goal, so that feels good.
9: 210.2... Losing water weight. Hopefully, this trend will continue until I'm pretty close to my R35 EW, so I can keep moving on my journey to onederland!
10: 209.1... Keeping it going! Ate at Texas Roadhouse upon request of my teenage daughter who hasn't been able to eat an actual meal in over a week because she had her wisdom teeth removed. I ordered their Portobello Chicken meal and brought half of it home. I did splurge on fried pickles, but my calories are good for the day. Macros are a bit off and sodium is high, but I don't think it'll have much of an affect because it was all in moderation.

4/8 139.7 I'm super happy I finally broke 140 this morning. I'm enjoying my fasting routine but slipped up with self control a couple of days last week. Today I get to eat from 10 am to 8 pm. Then I'll start another fasting phase. I'm starting to see some weight loss changes in my body.
4/9 141.9 I ate a lot of carbs yesterday so I'm not surprised to see this gain. Have to be better about watching what I eat today. I can only have lunch and dinner today. Lunch is 450 cal so I can have somewhat of a decent dinner later and still be under my calorie limit today.

4/8: 142.6, Lord I sure could use A LOT of motivation. Fell down the rabbit hole in the summer of 2016. No excuses because I have little patience for them. 20 months and 20 lbs later I feel exhausted and disappointed.
4/9: 143.6, gotta love that beer and restaurant backlash. Didn’t have enough calories today, under 1000. My only indulgence was 1 glass of wine. Got busy and suddenly it’s 8:00
4/10: 140.8, Buh Bye water weight. Today was a struggle to consume enough real food calories. I’ve been overly busy at work and home and I’m making a herculean effort to avoid processed frankin-food and the “Mile High pie” my coworker brought in to share with us. I wanted to shake her and ask “have you any idea how difficult it is to stay on track with your amazing looking pie in the break room?” Gold plated problems. Le sigh...8 -

4/8 - 95.1kg - 209.6lbs - Had a family party to attend and it was a big occasion, lots of beer, food and there was no way I was able to keep track of it, it happens oh well! Probably find the food weight drops off in a couple of days! Had an output of 3095 calories mainly due to me working on the Saturday walking up and down the floors doing some upgrades, used the stairs instead of the lift! End of this round I will be happy with 204lbs... hopefully. (Weigh time 7:00am)
4/9 - 94.4kg - 208.1lbs - 2050 calories vs 2255 expenditure, had a nice even day of eating while I was working on Sunday to balance out the craziness of Saturday night, this is mainly just food and water weight but if it happens again I’m not going to moan! (Weigh time 7:30)
4/10 - 93.7kg - 206.5lbs - 1884 calories vs 2668 expenditure,I got a day off for all the weekend work so I literally did nothing but go and grab a couple of pairs of jeans from the shops, how I managed to drop again yesterday I don’t know but keep it coming! Surely not another drop tomorrow?! Not exercised in 6 days, was going to cycle to work today but RAIN (UK) killed all hopes of that.
4/11- 93.7kg - 206.5lbs - 1879 calories vs 2944 expenditure, the drop ends with a nice even number, normal day back in the office for me, very disciplined with my food as a normal day is, lots of water, went and watched the football in the evening, didn’t cycle again because of that god damn rain! On target for 92.5kg/204lbs by the end of the round hopefully.... stay strong and don’t give up people!

4/8 - 63.3kg (+0.1kg) - I had a really tough time personally last round and put on 1.8kg. Looking to get rid of that weight and be back on track by the end of this round.
4/9 - 63.4kg (+0.1kg) - Back on the wagon today. Pre-logged my food and am making plans for the week ahead. Nothing grand, just small and achievable changes.
4/10 - 63.2kg (-0.2kg)- Didn't quite stick to my plan but I did pretty well. Late dinner and a few sweets threw me off but considering the day I had, I am counting it as a win!

4/9: 110.6kg/243.8lbs - Oh my god wow, I have not been this light in a very long time. Went for a 14km run on Saturday and a 4km run this morning and worked on my speed/pacing however my shins were causing me quite a lot of discomfort. Let us see if I can keep this weight off!

Nothing works unless you have a sustained calorie deficit over time. Anything will work if you have a sustained calorie deficit over time.
Motivation is overrated. What you need is education, willingness to eat less, a good plan, and discipline to stick to it.
According to Big Fat Myths: When You Lose Weight, Where Does the Fat Go? which is an interesting perspective on "diet" 148oz / 9.25 lbs of food/water/oxygen a day but depending on how efficient everything processes we don't operate on a perfect 24 hour cycle to use all that so you get those fluctuations. I think that is semi comforting to keep in mind we are not robots and CICO doesn't operate at perfect 24 hour scale either.11 -

4/10 - 68.6 kg (morning) - had a light lunch and some pizza and wine for dinner. I also drank only one coffee (instead of my usual 2-3-4).
4 /11 - 68.5 kg - woop woop - now I have to make sure that I keep this and don't go up again. Drinking lots of water - I cut out the soda and don't really miss it, since I don't eat too many fatty foods.

I’m glad I started using the Happy Scale app consistently. I really do like weighing daily now because it has taken away the anxiety I used to feel weighing in only weekly. And the app gives you a Moving average so even when the scale bounces up I see my moving average is trending (super slowly) down. It is also pretty cool to compare specific days of the week to see if I weighed in on just Wednesday’s for instance I would maybe be more disappointed. But I know the scale jumped this morning because of some specific foods I ate that had quite a bit of sodium and I’ve been sick.9 -

4/10 = 154.8 This always happens when I lose 2-3 pounds in a day or two. As long as the trend remains falling, I don’t worry about it.
4/11 = 155.8 Well, that’s discouraging, but it happens. It wasn’t based on eating way over calories, so hopefully it won’t stay long.
