    Yesterday was a lite day for me. For lunch I had a big salad with around 4 cups mixed baby greens, a cup of grape tomatoes and half a vidallia onion. For supper I had another cup baby greens, some avocado, and beets. I also had a bosc pear.

    I've has an Apple, banana, stir fry veg , strawberries and a bowl of salad with leaves, tomato, cucumber and onion.
    I think that hits my 5 a day.
    I try to get more in most days but that's today's list.

    P.S. I had sardines in tomato sauce but there was very little tomato in it. I also had 95g or so of great white northern beans.

    Also ate 28g crispy broad beans, 20g shiro miso, 20g gochujang chile paste, all of which have some veggie content, but I don't know how to count it. (Maybe it doesn't count at all because it's "processed food"? (Joking! Just joking!))
