@biche896, binge? How about eat well, exercise, not excessively, good sleep, drink your water. Those things have to become second nature to you, just as if you weren't making efforts to lose weight. Meaning, if you weren't trying to lose weight, your mind would be on other things. It's fluid retention and you lost cms! Congrats!
Which reminds me, I missed taking my monthly measurements yesterday.4 -

5/08 - 64.1kg (-0.2kg) - Hungry day yesterday but to be expected on the first day back on the wagon.
5/09 - 63.9kg (-0.2kg) - I feel that's undeserved but I've got a horrible cold so perhaps it's dehydration.
5/10 - 64.1kg (+0.2kg) - Expected. Re-hydrated and can only stomach carbs with this cold. 64.1 is ok. Looking to be in the 63s early next week once I am all better.
5/11 - 63.9kg (-0.2kg) - Bouncing around! Would be great to stay under 64 now. Gotta work a bit harder than I have been though.

5/08 -- 190.4 I know that I've been comfortably within plan, so this isn't bothering me. I'm just sitting patiently waiting for my whoosh.
5/09 -- 189.2 And there it is! I hope the bounce back isn't too bad this time; that's what really flattened me last round (no, it was nothing to do with toffee pecan ice cream, why do you ask?!)
5/10 -- 188.2 Finally back on track. I hope that my numbers drop for a few days more before I hit bounce back.
5/11 -- 187.2 The irony is that I'm not doing anything different from last round, when I struggled to hold even. This weight loss business is a long game.

Yesterday was good actually. I walked a lot (about 13-14K) and didn't pass calorie limit. However, I just ate sandwiches, because I hadn't enough time to eat proper things... And also after 2 weeks, I swam and it's the first time I swam this much. I hope that tomorrow's weight will be less.

8/5 - 210 - gained after an indulgent bank holiday weekend! But had a lot of fun! Ready to lose it now
9/5 - 208.8 - still up 2lbs from last week, but already feeling better dropping some of the water weight from the weekend! Ready for a great day today and hopefully will get back down to 206.8 by the end of this challenge
10/5 - 206.6 - final whoosh after the weekend. Had a great day yesterday with my food, and I'm not feeling bloated any more today. I've been easing back into exercise with yoga each day, but need to step it up a bit for the rest of this challenge.
11/5 - 206.4 - really not sure what's going on, but I won't complain! Had a carb feast yesterday, after eating lower carb earlier in the week to try to get the water weight off, so I was expecting a gain on the scale. Maybe it will show later in the week, so I won't get too excited yet! Grateful to be part of this challenge and getting daily motivation from you all, thank you. Keep doing great!

Motivation is overrated. What you need is education, willingness to eat less, a good plan, and discipline to stick to it.

5/08 95.9 I honestly don't understand what is going on… I'm eating under calories, getting my running in but it's impossible to shift this weight! Driving me nuts!
5/09 95.6 I would get excited about it going in the right direction but the last 2 rounds I managed to creep under 95, got excited and put it back on, so now I'll be constantly on the lookout for the bounce back!
