Got out of my comfort zone and went for a "run" outside. I have no problem walking but running/jogging is not something I'm super comfortable with. However, I have decided to push myself and so I downloaded a couch to 5k app. Not only did I finish day 1 but I was feeling good so I added 4 cycles of running after the 8 in the app. I may regret it later but for now I'm feeling pretty good.

June 1: 174 minutes (121 - a challenging hike)
Got in cardio and peak zones for most of it. I think I will look back and realize June 1st was a turning point for me.
June 2: 89 minutes (79 - hike in hot sun. 10 running around with chores)
Again in cardio
June 3: 73 minutes (peak: 4 mins, cardio 28, fat burning: 36, the rest: warm up.)
June 4: 55 minutes, 42 of them Pilates (30 fat burning)
June 5: 68 minutes walking (23 cardio, 29 fat burning) hot weather seems to drive my heart rate up more into training zones!
June 6: 69 minutes -(41 mins Pilates, 28 walk)— 6 cardio, 31 fat burn
June 7: 72 minutes (5 cardio, 40 fat burning)
Week 1: 600 minutes = 10 hours
85 minutes a day!!
10,633 avg steps per day in June- Astounding for me. March, Apr, and May was 7.8 to 8.6K
