My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders! In May, I completed 35 hours.
I think I’ll shoot for that again!
Week 1: 600 minutes = 10 hours 85 mins/day!!
10,633 avg steps per day in June- Astounding for me. March, Apr, and May was 7.8 to 8.6K
1/2 month Update: 1203 minutes = 20hours or 80.2 minutes/day! 9,541 steps per day in June
Will get this avg back up to >10K by end of June!!

The last few days have been busy so here's an update...
6/16 rest day...but I spent over 2 hours in the yard/garden so I guess it wasn't really a rest day
6/17 accidentally walked to church and back. 1.3 miles. Hubby and I walked out and locked the door without the car/house keys. Oops! He had to use a ladder to climb in a second story window to let us back in the house. Guess it was God's way of telling me not to take two rest days in a row LOL!
6/18 6:30 run/walk 2.1 miles. It's already super uncomfortable outside. 81degrees, 72 degree dew point and 74% humidity. Yuck! But I ran anyway so it's a win!

Took a rest day yesterday...and indulged in pizza. So I'm feeling guilty today. I haven't done well with my nutrition this June even if my minutes of exercise are good. I've been tracking everything...just can't seem to stay away from all the junk when I'm home and not busy at work all day.
So anyway I pushed it a bit with my run and also a trip to the gym. I did an extra 10 minutes on the bike too. Still feeling the guilt though...
