    My goal is at least an hour of exercise a day. Doctor’s orders! In May, I completed 35 hours.
    I think I’ll shoot for that again!

    Total for June so far (21 days):
    28.45 hours
    9,368 steps/day
    77 mins/day

    June 22: 45 Mins - Pilates/weights 29.5 hrs
    June 23: 67 Min’s 14-cardio, 42-far burn
    June 24: 4K steps, only 5 exercise minutes (A Rest Day)
    June 25: 63 Mins (45 Pilates & the rest walking & stairs) 7282 steps (resting ankle)
    June 26: 6126 steps
    June 27: 55 Mins 45 Pilates & walking. +4847 steps
    June 28: 74 Mins, walking 8,810 steps
    June 29: 32 mins Ex Bike, 4,310 steps, Pilates 45
    June 30: 59 mins, 7,943 steps

    Hit > 35 hours!!!
    Steps dropped off with ankle soreness, but Zim still pleased with my increasing fitness.
