I can feel my weight loss slowing down. I had gained 15lbs between September and April. I think the next 15 is going to be a whole lot harder for me.

Ugh. Lost my mojo Stress from the heat & other situations got to me. Several wine & cookie binges later (and a delicious tuna sub sandwich & chips for dinner last night... yummmmm!) and I'm ready to get back on track. 187 here I come

I am a little disappointed that I didn’t lose more this week. It has really slowed down, but at least it is still going down. After reading several charts in another group I may be changing my goal weight to 153 as then I will no longer be considered “overweight”. I am just going to keep going. 🙂7 -
