    PHAT Lower Body Power / 2.5 mile walk with the doggo / yoga with adriene -
    I must add that Lower Power day was out of this world ! I kicked its *kitten* upped my squat nailed it / signicantly upped my dead lift struggled just the right amount. Found a good weight to make progress.

    Set treadmill to 30° I Cline and do 5 sets of circuit:

    30 sec incline walk @ 4mph
    30 second elbow plank,
    30 sec incline walk at 4mph
    15 reverse crunches,
    30 sec incline walk @ 4mph
    15 ab wheels

    All followed by 25 min HIIT program on treadmill of interval sprints

    I know, I know ... Been a while since I worked out 😖

    Does 2 hours of yard work count? It included cutting the front yard with a push mower, weeding and sweeping. Plus cleaning out the garage.

    Went to Planet Fitness and worked a combination of 10 strength training exercises -- machines, free weights, etc.
    Did a little bit of cardio, but ran out of time. So.... the plan is to walk again after dinner.

    Walked 15k steps, did some nice gentle Pilates (since yesterday was BodyPump, and it always takes me a day to recover!)

    Tomorrow’s challenge is to actually take a rest day, as I’ve been doing a lot of walking lately and my dodgy achilles is getting increasingly grumbly. Getting the balance of enough walking to keep it flexible while still letting it recover is gonna be tricky.

    1 hour on the treadmill of intervals of running and walking at an incline. Then 15 minutes on an exercise bike to cool down (and because I was watching Wimbledon on the gym tv but then it literally went on for 4 more hours).

    Tonight is back/biceps and a little cardio (10-15 minutes). Legs still sore from 4-mile hilly run and leg day Saturday!

    I start my mornings off at Orangetheory Fitness. Today was an ESP day an even hour of tread, water tower and floor exercises.
    Around 4pm I head back for my second class to beat what goals I had accomplished that morning.
