I have no energy today either, started feeling ill after eating a treat dinner last night and I feel totally yuck today. I think drinking our 10 glasses of water will help energize me.

Lash, sorry I'm always the last one reporting my numbers... I work a rotating schedule and most days, my boyfriend and I have an agreement not to use our computers unless we're at work. If you and Jen decide it's an issue for my number to keep coming in late, feel free to find a replacement for me on the team.
This weekend's results:
Friday - Under Sodium, 50 Crunches complete, 100 minutes cardio.
Saturday - Under Cards, 50 Lunges complete, 20 min cardio.

No, I feel complete normal. It is funny because I hated water until I started dieting, which was very recently. The max I drink daily now is 5-6 liters, and the min is between 3 -4 liters. The trick is have a liter of water with you at all times, and you will drink it without any effort or toture.0 -

Hope you all are having a wonderful week, summer is coming to an end soon and I am trying to get as much outdoor activities done as I possibly can. When I return to school in the fall (i'm a teacher), I am planning on having my daughter drop me off with my bike in the mornings so I can bike home. Well not quite home since I live on a mountain, I will bike to the bottom and make my husband come and pick me up. The climate in Victoria is mild enough to bike all year even though it gets quite rainy through the winter months. We only get one or two days of snow a year here (except it lasts longer on our little mountain) even though yes I live in Canada.0 -
