Welcome, @1991court! I only occasionally set goal weights and I always miss them by a mile, either way low or way high. Obviously, I am NOT the expert on goal weights!4 -
I'm new to this as well but feel motivated by all of your postings - including seeing the fluctuations but ultimate lowering of the trend line.

That has been me this past weekish! That's why I am mad at my start weight lol. Hoping this will push me a bit!2 -

Welcome, @susiemcmac! I think it's so helpful to see that others can do everything right and still see their weights bounce around. The scale is just an imperfect but useful tool.

@lolakinks ... it took me about 4 or 5 rounds to get into weighing daily. To get all these downs, there are going to also be lots of ups, and it does take a while to get used to. Just stick with every day for this round and take it from there. This is a very supportive group. Through ups and through downs.

Looking for a general downward trend. Really focused on my logging, and on clean eating, and MOVING more - which is what I love - it gives me ENERGY!
I am SO SO determined!! I 100% NEED to stay mindful about my daily logging and being mindful about what I eat and drink. I need to get into the HEALTHY BMI band.
This is a long term thing, a few bad days or weeks is something I'm getting better at coping with.

Alright, so this is my 5th round and I had a few challenges with social activities and I couldn't manage to stay within cals. I am motivated to finally get away from 73 and do this for real.

Day/Weight/Comment7/27: 69.5 - Really?! REALLY?! I've been gunning for 69.5 for the last two rounds and you wait until the day that I've decided to up my round goal weight to something definitely achievable (with current trends) to dump this one on me. I know I shouldn't be annoyed by a lower number, but I'm pretty sure my body is just trolling me on this one. Anyway: Yesterday was a really good day, started off looking like it was only going to be an okay day, but then I wasn't very hungry at breakfast and saved half for later, meaning I wasn't as hungry for lunch and didn't eat it all, meant I gained about 150kcals more in the bank than I expected. A yummy (and surprisingly low calorie) spag bol and pasta for dinner still left me under calories, so I had some watermelon and icecream for dessert (YUM!) And was still under daily goal. 76g of protein for the day
