    Today was 50 mins of BodyPump. I love my Pump so very much.

    Got caught out a bit during the tricep/bicep track; the weight I was using is just at the limit of what I can usually do, and I failed to adjust for TOM so couldn't keep up all the reps. But I was less pants than usual in the lunges and completely killed the abs track, so I'm calling it a win regardless.

    I joined a new gym that has a full weight area, spinning room, and yoga but specializes in martial arts and boxing classes. Tonight, I am joining in on the beginner boxing class.
