    The goal for September - get back into running 3-5 days a week. Break out of this mess that has me missing days constantly.

    As for miles - not sure yet. Need to get back in control of life first. This is still offseason for me (January is when I get serious about training for the 50k) so probably aim at 30-40 miles/week. For now.

    Hugs. Try and stop thinking life is a mess.

    You just moved house. Another person with a major life event! These take precedence.

    I'm confident this month life will settle down and your priorities will be able to shift back and allow room for your usual, very active training.

    September 1 is a rest day for me. I am looking forward to cooler weather, although it will still be hot here for a while.
