    First check in and already off to such a great start that I feel I should modify my goal for the month. Then again, my weight can fluctuate so much that it's good to have this great start insurance for the days/weeks when the scale seems to not move despite my best efforts.

    Yes you have to make a new post so copy and paste would be best. I like to keep it on my notepad on my phone to find it easier.

    Post number two! No progress. Even though had a few strong days and did OK (not great) with nutrition. This challenge really forces you to examine your choices!!

    Ideally I'd like to lose 7 lbs this month to keep on track with where I should be according to my mapped out plan to get to 159 by December 31. I lost almost 30 lbs in 3 months this year, but have really slowed down and even gained a little of it back.
