Seabass sashimi on ajo blanco, whitebait with coriander and alioli, pita bread. Chicken pargit with labneh. Meatballs with yoghurt and tomato sauce.

Made/sprouted some broccoli sprouts -whole thing is 43 calories! Made lots!
Made baked doughnuts too...all nine is only 100 calories! Will have a few with some pb2...yummy
