    Round 52 SW: 204
    Round 52 EW: 202
Goal: whatever these 10 days bring!

    9/15- didn’t weigh in
    9/16 -didn’t weigh in
    9/17 - 201.5
9/18 - 201 - ok I can do this! Was just mindful of what I was eating again without beating myself up for a mini cupcake. I felt better overall
9/19 - 200.5- definitely thought it would be higher. I caught a bad cold (already!!!) and only craved salty things all day.
9/20 - 199 - wasn’t expecting that! I don’t even eat less when I’m sick. I’ll believe it if it keeps up tomorrow
9/21 - 197.5?!- no idea how that happened. I ate a doughnut yesterday and definitely wasn’t starving all day. They say that sometimes after 4-5 months of breastfeeding the weight starts melting off. Hopefully that’s just what’s happening! I’m not supposed to lose too much too fast for milk supply.. 🤞🏻
    9/22 - 197.5
    9/23 - 197.5
9/24 - 198 surprising since I’ve walked a lot more than normal over the previous 2 days... we shall see what happens next!

    Thank you @fraukazi
I went on a hike and suddenly found myself on back right shoulder. Hardest impact & most sudden that my body ever felt. Broke my upper right arm bone just below shoulder joint. See specialist tomorrow; spent 8 hours in ER & then DH spent 2 hours getting pain medication (24/7 wasn’t & a safe that only unlocks after 15 mins)

I think I won’t need surgery, but will find out for sure tomorrow.

    How are you doing?

Oh wow, that's such a bummer! Fingers crossed that no surgery will be required and you have a quick recovery.

I'm ok, this whole work drama will be over soon as I've decided to just leave at the end of Oct. It's better for my stress levels and I will be able to focus on finding a new job without this one hanging over me.

    See you in R54

Oh my goodness! @MadisonMolly2017, Were you rock climbing during your hike? I have never heard of a bone break like yours. It sounds awful. I hope you weren't alone when it happened. No surgery? 💝

@MadisonMolly2017 A friend slipped in her kitchen and had a similar break - at least it sounds similar. I pray your results are as good as hers.

    Thank you @quiltingjaine 🙏🏻
Me too! I think all will be fine. Do you know if she had a sling or if she had surgery? Do you know if she had physical therapy? Thank you so much for reaching out it really means a lot! 💞

@MadisonMolly2017 She has a sling for 8 - 12 weeks, I think, and did have PT after. She was 60 when it happened and you may heal faster.
