Caribbean takeaway. A mumu, a festival, jerk chicken, peas and rice, green salad with mango, Nigerian beef stew on tomato rice. That tiny pot of scotch bonnet sauce in the top right hand corner was killer.

Last night’s dinner: sous vide ribeye with quinoa and pan-roasted Brussels sprouts

Slow-cooked apple cider-braised pork shoulder with au jus, rice medley, roasted carrots and mixed vegetables salad.

Shared starters of purple and orange carrots dressed in tahini, anchovy tempura. My main was venison wellington with calcots and Sicilian aubergine. Hubby had grilled hake, white beans, tomato and preserved lemon.

Tonight (Thursday): appetizer of white bean/pumpkin/apple cider soup, entree of roasted bone-in chicken thighs, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli. The "gravy" in the potatoes is leftover au jus reduction from apple cider-braised slow cooker pork shoulder on Tuesday. "A" is for "Apple Autumn," LOL.

I know. I didn't think so either but it did and I got sick because I thought it'd b ok and ate it.
I was packing other sort things like zucchini noodles.. etc so they are probably different. Shorter life span.
Yours look so awesome, plus u have repeaters and look better quality containers. That would help for sure.

I meal prep for all 5 work days and have never had an issue with anything going bad.2
